Swift Algo is a technical analysis tool provided by SwiftAlgo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“SwiftAlgo”, “we”, “us”). It does not execute trades, connect to your broker, manage money or provide investment advice. Every trading decision you make is your own.
This Full Disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Risk Disclaimer
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Most day traders lose money. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and with leveraged or margin products you can lose more than your initial deposit.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Before you trade, carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial situation, experience, objectives and risk tolerance. Past performance, whether actual, simulated or backtested, does not guarantee future results.
2. No Investment Advice
SwiftAlgo is not registered or licensed as an investment adviser, broker, asset manager or other financial services provider in any jurisdiction, and does not provide investment, financial, trading, tax, legal or accounting advice.
Nothing we provide is a personal recommendation or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. This includes Swift Algo’s labels, levels, trend table, backtesting results and alerts, as well as our website, guides, videos, emails, support and community. None of it is intended as investment advice, an investment recommendation or financial analysis within the meaning of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) or the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), even where specific markets, instruments or trading platforms are shown or mentioned.
All information is general and impersonal and is not tailored to the circumstances or needs of any person. Using Swift Algo does not create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or asset management relationship between you and SwiftAlgo. We recommend that you seek advice from an independent, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
3. How Swift Algo Works and Its Limits
Swift Algo calculates labels, levels and a trend table from price data, using predefined conditions and the settings you choose. It cannot predict future prices. A label marks a possible setup, not an instruction, and some labels will hit their stop instead of their target. Results differ between markets, timeframes, settings and periods.
The stop and target levels Swift Algo draws are reference levels on a chart. They are not orders, and they are not the prices at which a trade will be filled. Prices can gap or move quickly, so a real trade can close well beyond a stop.
Swift Algo is one input for your own analysis. Do not use it as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.
4. Hypothetical, Simulated and Backtested Results
Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, they do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also designed with the benefit of hindsight.
Backtesting results in Swift Algo are calculated on historical data with the settings you choose. Settings that performed well in the past are often fitted to that past and may not work in the future, and backtests may not reflect fees, spreads, slippage, execution delays or data errors. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
5. Charts, Examples and Screenshots
Charts, examples and screenshots shown by SwiftAlgo are for illustration only. Where they show Swift Algo on real price data, that data is historical and the examples were selected after the fact to show how Swift Algo displays information. They are not trade records, are not typical of every chart or period, and do not predict future results.
6. Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials and reviews reflect the individual experiences of the people who wrote them. They may not be representative of other customers and are not a guarantee of future performance or success. Any trading results mentioned in them are not verified by us, and results vary with factors such as skill, risk management, experience, market conditions and chance.
As a provider of technical analysis tools, we do not have access to our customers’ trading accounts or brokerage statements, and we have no basis to claim that our customers perform better or worse than traders as a whole.
7. Community, Education and Support
Posts, screenshots, trade ideas and results shared by members in our Discord community or elsewhere are the members’ own views and experiences. We do not verify or endorse them, and they are not advice from SwiftAlgo. Do not copy other people’s trades or rely on anyone’s posts.
Our guides, videos, emails and support explain how Swift Algo works and how to set it up. They are general education and never personal trading or investment advice.
8. Data, Alerts and Availability

Alerts may be delayed or not delivered, and Swift Algo or TradingView may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, label, level or alert.
